At least they are starting to talk about Profile 1.1 and 2.0 at events now. That's what I see as the win here, the name is irrelevant.

Interesting they mention Sunshine as Fox's first PiP title - this is already out on Blu-ray in the UK, I wonder if we need a profile 1.1 player to use all its features.

I would expect more Warner titles to follow. That could potentially bo tomorrow's big news now that the spec is mandatory. Batman Begins, The Matrix...coming soon...

Listen, I totally forget that I even have PiP functionality on all of my HDTVs simply because it's so irrelevant. I never use it. I randomly hit that button and thought to myself, "Oh yeah, I do have that... off it goes."

People make too much of a stupid feature that no one uses. When I'm watching 2 football games at the same time I just use the "Last Channel" button whenever a play ends.
