Someone took some sneaky photos of the PLAYSTATION PREMIERE gameplay demonstration it looks like!

Holdup | Snake's back | Camouflage setup

Love the clean looking interface on the camo setup (MANUFACTURED BY HAL EMERRICH

), if all the ingame menus overlay quickly with a translucent background it shouldn't be so painful hitting START to change camo regularly like in MGS3.. Which is my favourite MGS so I'm glad they're bringing elements of it back like the camo and CQC.

Hopefully the final weapon and items menu graphics will contrast a bit better with bright backgrounds like that pictured in the first shot. It looks like Snake's running his hands down the soldier in that same shot to feel for items as described by Gamespot.

On the official event site it says the officially released playable demonstration video will be released midnight on the 25th, I think that means tonight.

MGS4 looks soooo stunning, has amazing graphics, u dont see that in every game, also looks like MGS4 might be using Ragdoll now, was about time:P

Just finished watching the gameplay. Simply amazing stuff. And I'm not even a big MGS fan at all. Blew me away.

exactly...this will be my 1st MGS game...ever..

and I owned a NES when this came out...

just didn't know about the series until MGS 3

Is it necessary to know the other parts of the game series ?
cause i´ve only played MGS3 a little...
and MGS4 will be my first "real" game from the whole story...

so, do you have to know the other parts, or will it be probably just like RE4...
( where you have a quick preview of everything )

I don't think you'll have to know previous parts...but there will be references and it is even encouraged that you play MGS3 before you play this one...

I was never that big of a fan of the MGS series because of the gameplay but this game looks AWESOME! so it'll be my first MGS game
