Why are Apple being so stubborn of not embracing BD?

I like how the same people that say that Macs are better tend to say "Because the bundled software is good enough for me/most people." So...they...pay MORE...to SETTLE on good enough software. Huh.
That said, I love Windows because all my high-end programs and games run better. I love my Zune because I can use it to play uncompressed WMA. I am on the wait list for an Xperia X1 because it has a REAL keypad, in addition to the touchscreen (and also runs my aps).
Apple...has overpriced, underperforming products that rely on mind-control to sell I guess. The Apple cultists seldom have a lick of logic. And aren't they PART of the Blu Ray team? Not having the drives THEY support basically means they aren't making any money from the deal, doesn't it?
