"Best Available" means best available to the cheapskate head of Olive!
The rights holder would have to do the heavy lifting which in this case means accessing the OCN either directly or through an IP.

Olive is supposed to show good judgement in selecting movies that preferably should be up to a certain standard with regard to both the quality of the movie and the quality of the presentation. So far it looks like they failed to do that by releasing a visually compromised version of a movie that is not very popular outside of its claim to fame of being a movie that was shot in ultrawide large format and presented in cinerama theaters.

Others may find a scope presentation from a 35mm element oK but I cannot really be happy about such a presentation in 2018.
