Only caught a snippet of that interview because there was another TR-related Facebook stream going on at the exact same time.

It was ace, though. Several of my FB comments got responded to live, including one in which I said composer Nathan McCree's music made me pregnant.

Ok it just hit me that the Director for this is the dude that did the Norwegian movie The Wave (Bolgen) and that was pretty solid (its on Netflix if you haven't seen it). My hopes are so much higher now.

No, the one showcasing some of the tracks on The Tomb Raider Suite, the album that comes out in May.

Well that picture doesn't include every digital version of Lara ever, not even close haha.

I'm partial to the 2013 version, I think she's perfect in design in nearly every way, to the point that I don't even ever want to use alternate costumes. Once she reaches the maximum battle damage in the climax of the game... that right there, is my Lara. Only a few video games, out of the hundreds I've played, have given me a rush like the 2013 TR did. The platforming, animation, combat, the control is all perfect in that it makes you feel in complete control and like a total badass.

Don't get me wrong, I grew up on the original Tomb Raider, I chose it over Resident Evil 1 in the video game store, but 2013 cemented my undying love for Lara as my favorite video game character ever. I basically prefer a Rambo version of Lara now, over a traditional "tomb raiding" version.

Oh and P.S.... I'm glad Blade Runner 2049 didn't get nominated for Best Picture. Dunkirk deserves it.
