I have run the calibration on the Avia II disc. Not using any noise reduction or sharpness enhancements.

Not sure about my overscan setting....will have to look into that....I suppose it is on the default setting.

Maybe my eyes just prefer video to film?? I was expecting that going to BR would be like jumping from Digital SD cable to HD Cable....I just don't see a dramatic difference from my Oppo DVD to my BluRay.

From a sound perspective, there is definitely a difference.
