Ordered mine from Amazon UK as I have prime. Should be here by Monday as they usually deliver for release day. Same price as HMV.

Will the U.K. discs be identical to the U.S release?

Probably not identical in the sense there will almost certainly be additional European (at least) audio options and subtitles, and if there are enough of those added the UHD might be a BD-100. Warner's UK back covers are usually pretty accurate, so you can get an idea of what to expect here:

Each Best Buy store is receiving one copy, which will remain in the back room for a week or so until an employee stumbles upon it while slashing the slipcover when they are opening the box.

I couldn't watch this after he was unable to remember Trinity's name. I'm still shocked they went with the rabbit cover.
