Very interesting. Can you say if it's an MGM or ABC title? And it's not something you've previously released on Blu?

Yes, it's expensive. We pay for new subtitles for the bigger titles and port over subtitles from previous releases for lesser titles (when they're available to us). We release more movies than any other label, so creating new subtitles for all our releases is not just expensive, but it also slows down the releasing process. There's a big difference between 3 to 4 releases a month, than 12 to 16.

It's an MGM title, which was previously released on Blu-ray by MGM/Fox. We're doing a brand new 4K restoration.

Well we know what it isn't based on past information - The Great Escape, Magnificent Seven, Dances With Wolves, The Usual Suspects, In the Heat of the Night. That is, unless something has changed and another label decided to drop one of these titles.

A UHD release would suggest a very high profile title, so one of these perhaps?

Manhattan
Annie Hall
Thelma and Louise
A Bridge Too Far
Platoon
War Games
When Harry Met Sally
Some Like It Hot

Come to think of it, haven't Manhattan and Annie Hall already received 4K restorations? I'm sure Manhattan has at least.
