I just watched HOMICIDAL (1961) the other night on the Mill Creek double-feature bluray. I'd seen decades ago and didn't remember anything about it. I won't spoil the surprises, but suffice to say there are surprises if you don't know anything about the film in advance. There is a reveal near the end intended to remind you of the reveal at the end of PSYCHO only instead of ending there it continues. I'd have enjoyed the film more if Castle had pushed the boundary of good taste a little further than he does. The story wants to be a roughie but Castle draws the line there.
