Now the question is: "does it have playback issues?"

My copy appears to play just fine. The disc is in great condition and I fired it up and the previews played fine, the menu loaded perfect, and I was able to skip around to different chapters and had the movie playing like a champion.

The only way to see if a disc has no playback issues such as the ones which plague this Blu-ray and many more around the globe is to watch the entire movie "normally". Then you'll know for sure
(or to scan it in a Blu-ray drive on a computer)

Great find, by the way.

Wow, hard to believe they have let stuff like these slip out of print!:
Buffy The Vampire Slayer
Lucas
The Pick-Up Artist
License To Drive
Heathers
Project X (80s)
Memento
Destroy All Monsters
Spellbound
Twin Peaks
Cruel Intentions
Casablanca
Flashdance
Gravity
Mean Girls
Wayne's World
(leaving out all the Twilight Time limited stuff, obviously tons there)

kinda crazy seeming

Flashdance? I just picked that up for ten bucks at Walmart. And Gravity is eleven bucks on Amazon.

I think all of those fit into one of three categories; there's movies where one version went out of print but another is widely available (like "Gravity" or "Casablanca"), movies that are owned by Paramount but were printed by Warner ("Mean Girls", "Wayne's World") which are being gradually reissued by Paramount, and there's a bunch of stuff that was put out by Anchor Bay / Starz ("Lucas", "The Pick-Up Artist") -- I forget what happened there, but I think it's that when Anchor Bay was sold to Lionsgate, the Fox license wasn't renewed, or was cancelled, or something (I'm sure somebody else here can explain that). Anyway, that's a whole big slate of OOP stuff.

If in need of Wayne’s World, Walmart has/had the 2 pack on a 3 sided display for 9.96$ Pending your store’s reset and Buffy can be found at Best Buy. I saw it at several locations that typically have poor selection as well as a larger BB. Spellbound and the other 2 Hitchcock films can be snagged at Dollar General for $5 YMMV, the others I don’t recall seeing in stores in a while.

They're also only the theatrical cuts. I picked that same set up 2 days ago because all I had were the unrated cuts in the scream factory set and wanted them for completions sake.

HPB is always way over priced for movies in any format. Notice how all locations in the metroplex have rapidly expanding selections because no one is willing to pay top dollar for used common titles. It seems like they use Amazon marketplace or eBay to price these things. I bet they paid the person who sold it to them less than $3.

Heads up: There are 3 sellers on Amazon USA selling Dragon’s Lair on blu-ray between $22 and $23 with $4 shipping. I snagged one copy, so there are two left as of Monday (Oct 29) evening.

Dragon's Lair (Blu-ray)

Not to single you out because it happens surprisingly regularly, but why would you post a question when the answer is already there in the first page? It kind of makes it seem like you thought of a question but weren't interested enough to actually try to find the answer at all.

Because that's the complete collection with the tin. I'm referring to the 8 movie collection that came out early this year and I've noticed the price has been going up recently and can't find it new for for the original price.
