I see what you mean about the Batman logo (the first pic looks a little chartreuse to me whereas the second is bright yellow), but I can't see any green in the first picture of Jerry Hall's hair. It just looks like the contrast was darkened a bit. I'm not doubting there are differences in the master or anything, I just can't see green there. Maybe it's a color perception thing.
