A few questions that may help us get you to a solution:
1. Are you trying to connect using a wired connection or wireless? 2. If it's wired, have you tried to plug your PS3 into the same wire your brother is using? 3. Can you do a connection test? (i.e. Is it a connection problem or just PSN problem?) 4. Was it a new router or modem? |
