Not to steal your thread, but I'm in the same boat...sort of.
I have a PS3 as my Blu-ray player as well as a HTPC. I'm slowly building my HT, I just got the Polk Audio RM6750 speakers. I've been looking at receivers but I'm not sure if I should fork over the extra cash for a HD receiver for use with my speakers. I definitely will upgrade the speakers later down the road, so I will eventually want a HD receiver, but is HD audio worth it for my current speakers? |
