Poor comparison pics. The Aladdin picture isn't even from the movie.

Okay, I'm obviously using the worst possible example of CGI...just doing so as counterpoint. There is fantastic work happening in CGI films and great work continues to be seen in hand drawn animation. The "which is superior" question is a silly question in the first place -- art isnt great because of its medium, great art is made by great artists.

I like them both equally. It takes a tremendous amount of talent and skill to produce a worthwhile product using either method. When done right, they're both stunning in their results.
