Sorry Amazon, I'm not taking the bait.
The only thing I ever bought directly through Amazon Video was the short lived TV show Drive starring Nathan Fillion, Emma Stone, and a bunch of other recognizable actors. That was only because it was and still is only available through Amazon and never got a physical release.

Well, I also got the entire series of Bewitched because they offered it for free a couple of years ago.

I got really excited when I read this as I've been looking for "Drive" for years, as I remember watching it in my dorm Sophomore Year of College. Looks like it's currently unavailable for purchase however

I tried to go back to Walmart to get more information about the Twizzlers display I saw earlier in the week, but it appears the store broke down the pallet and stacked on top of existing merchandise and threw away all the promo materials advertising about the $2 VUDU deal when purchasing two Twizzlers packs. The manager mentioned that they received so many pallets that they are just packing it out to get it out of the back room.

Only good thing was some of the boxes from the display had $1 coupons for purchasing two. So you could get 2 packs for less than $3 and also get $2 in VUDU credits! NOICE!

Wish I had more complete information for this forum, but glad to see other Twizzlers promos are out there.

Looks like Vudu is aware of the problem:

EDIT: everything now appears to have a sale price attached finally.

Any notice that if you click on Alita: Battle Angel on VUDU.com, it states it is available 5/21?

Godzilla sale? I wish Vudu at least had the original Godzilla.

Should I grab Pirates of the Caribbean now (at $9.99) or wait for eventual UHD release with code?

Finally picked up Platoon and Force 10 From Navarone, which I haven't seen.

On a side note, has anyone noticed that sometimes when you read the reviews listed on Vudu pages the reviews are for a completely different movie? For example when I read the reviews listed under Memphis Belle they appear to be the reviews for Cameron Crowe's Singles.

All the time. I try to figure out what movie it is if they don't mention the title.

.
I watched Drive when it aired, because I'm a huge Nathan Fillion fan. I have no recollection of Emma Stone from that show. I remember her well from Superbad (which I saw first run in the theater), but never realized she was on Drive... Just looked it up, and I see that it aired a few months before Superbad came out. Go figure...

Does anyone here have any idea if 3000 Miles to Graceland will ever be D2D (or Mobile D2D) eligible? It's a Sony title, but it wasn't available for purchase until recently (last month IIRC), so I'm guessing that's why it's not already eligible

I do enjoy the movie quite a bit from what I remember, so I wouldn't mind paying full price for it in HDX ($13.99), but I'd rather wait if there's a chance to save $10

Any answers/insight appreciated!

Yes. And I’ve even taken the time to report it to them only to see nothing fixed after months. I’ve opened 7 or 8 tickets on stuff like that.

Like the screenshot for the 1971 “The Andromeda Strain” is from the 2008 version of the film. The soldier in the hazmat suit is Benjamin Brat who was 8 years old in 1971.

It must have been D2D at some point considering it's in my account and I am positive I didn't outright purchase. It's been in there at lease a couple of years or longer.

It must have been because I have it also and I know I never purchased it outright. Easily 2+ years I've had it.

Thanks for the responses!

I suppose I'll just wait until I really want to watch it, and if it's not D2D by then I'll just have to pay full price (after I try to acquire/buy some VUDU credits of course ).

5/21/2020. The extra time is to rid the movie of those creepy-as-hell anime eyes.
