This is all my humble pick-ups from the Brownsville, TX - Port Isabel, TX Area:



Pretty much all the 4-5 stores I went through they had multiple copies of Barney's Version, from past waves.

Was hoping to find Hail, Caesar!, Mike and Dave Need Wedding dates, Dragon Ball Evolution (To make a friend suffer lol), Return to Sender, The Infiltrator, Burying the Ex and Office Space

Why I don't know , but we have Dollar Generals in the most absurd places too, so I guess, DT has to keep up?

Did anyone in the LA/OC area find Infiltrator and/or Iron Fists 2? Those were the only 2 I was looking for and struck out. I know those 2 are floating around the West.

I did find some good stuff. Ima check out 3 more spots later and that’s it for me. I was fortunate enough to get out 1 day.

Hit 3 Dollar Trees in the Inland Empire (California). Could only find 1 copy each of Norman Lear and Holiday Inn. Burying the Ex had 1 copy at each store. I'm going to hit a few more on the way home. If I find extras, I'll PM you (unless someone else beats me to the punch).

I found a few copies each of Infiltrator and Iron Fists 2 at the stores I hit (Upland, La Verne, San Dimas).


So far, I haven't seen Mike and Dave Need Wedding Dates anywhere.

The regional aspect of this sale is maddening. At the very least, you'd think they'd shuffle unsold stock to other regions.

I saw Iron Fists 2 at the one on Alameda by the 91. They had quite a few movies in stock.

You'd think most of these titles would be widely available on all locations.

Back then their BD batches were much simpler! Everyone would haul pretty much the same thing.

Hit my nearest DT this afternoon and there was a random selection of mostly DVDs; just a few blu rays. I have so many DT blind buys in stacks, still unwatched, that I tend to resist buying stuff willy nilly anymore, even for just a buck. The only thing I picked up was Inherent Vice, the Joaquin Phoenix weird-ass noir from a few years ago; which I've wanted to see for a while.
