Only 1 store in my area said they had a new delivery and it was what looked like 2 boxes of DVDs only. I grabbed the 4 romantic comedy pack and Tim & Eric. Ill probably call the others again Tuesday and see if they got anything.

Went to a Dollar Tree on Friday before I was even aware that a new batch was starting to come in. Nothing new there, but they did have a cool Voltron mug there that I picked up.

Went to two other locations today. Only the first one I went to had anything new out (it was only a handful of new DVDs or so in the electronics; none of my stores had them out front).

Here's what I all found today (all DVDs):
*Burying The Ex (never found the Blu-ray over here, so glad to see this show up even if it's on DVD!)
*Norman Lear: Just Another Version of You (also one that I never found last round that I'm glad to see show up)
*Bad Milo (was here last round, but decided to grab it this time)

Also found a book that may be of interest: America Again: Re-Becoming The Greatness We Never Weren't by Stephen Colbert. They also had some cool totebags (Popeye, Mighty Mouse, Hawaii Five-O, and Ghostbusters) and Hazelnut Spread M&Ms!

Not related to Dollar Tree, but thought this might be of interest as well: also stopped by a local Dollar General and they had a free Spider-Man: Far From Home promotional comic by the checkouts.

believe you are supposed to be required a purchase of any Kellogg’s (8 oz. or larger) cereal at DG to get that comic.

Went to several and got some decent stuff that's already been mentioned at one but the rest were a bust. I did see an HD-DVD copy of Lost City for some reason.

2/4 spots I checked during round 2 had them out. Nothing new that I found. I did pick up some books.

I’m 60% sure I’m not gonna check out the spots that didn’t have them out. The majority of what I bought earlier were at other locations, and what has been reported by others on the West is the same. I’ll keep tabs on the thread to see if anyone finds a blu I would like to have.

DaBargainHunta, here’s the movies on the sci-fi DVDs:

Disc 1: CREATURE (1985), INVASION OF THE BEE GIRLS (1973)
Disc 2: THE LAST WOMEN ON EARTH (1960), NIGHT OF THE BLOOD BEAST, THEY CAME FROM BEYOND SPACE (1967)

I'd buy that for a dollar!

Huh, really? Weird, the guy at the register at my store went to check with I assume his boss and said it was just free.

That explains why the forum has been running so sluggishly all week.

Don't forget that there's a whole 'nother side to the site though, and many members who rarely/never use the forums. If you really want everyone to know who you are, then there's this list to climb: https://www.blu-ray.com/community/?a...opcontributors

If anyone purchased the Weirdsville DVD, can you check to see if it plays? My copy wasn’t read by my player. I’ll try it on my laptop.

Edit: my laptop did not read the disc.

Usually my stores are always a week or two late or more. 4 of 8 I checked restocked already. Did this restock really sneak up on us or did my stores just have on time deliveries for once? I bought all of these at 2 stores. The other 2 restock stores must have only had one new box put out because there were only a handful of new titles in the electronics isle. Either that or I was even later to the restock than I thought.

I was so happy to find Mistress America. I love Noah Baumbach movies, especially Greenberg, Frances Ha, and Mistress America. I was also immediately excited to see The Puffy Chair dvd. I think I've seen every Duplass brothers movie except that one.

If anyone finds an extra copy of The Hitchcock 4 pack, The Prophet, Popstar, Dare, Norman Lear: Just Another Version of You, or the Sharknado 3 pack, please shoot me a PM. I have a ridiculous amount of blu-rays to trade and that would give me the motivation to finally type the trade list.

I can confirm it. It doesn't work. Tried it in 2 DVD players. How big of a pain is it to return something to DT? I've never bothered. It's painful enough waiting in line at DT for 15 or so minutes just to check out. I'd feel like a jerk holding up the line even longer.

I do. The most recent ones I bought over the past couple years were Dragon's Lair, Casablanca, Caddyshack, Return to House on Haunted Hill, No Reservations, The Pianist, and I Now Pronounce You Chuck and Larry. They're probably all on blu-ray, but they were only $1. I think the Dragon's Lair blu-ray is pretty pricey too. It's rare that I find an HD DVD that I don't have on HD DVD or blu-ray though. I still have an HD DVD bluray combo player hooked up.

Lately I've bought a few laser discs I don't have on any format. The only problem: I need to find a laserdisc player reasonably priced.

Got lucky and the store I called and visited multiple times last wave to see if they'd get movies finally got some more movies (and it was this new wave) and just put them out today. Picked up somewhere between 25-28 movies total. I'll post pics of my haul later tonight when I can be bothered to take pics, but after going through the previous pages, I'm not sure if anyone reported Dare on blu-ray. I found it at my store. Super happy about it too because I actually liked that movie a lot when I watched it way back when. Can't beat $1.
