I don't care either way, to be honest, but you're complaining about something that may or may not be included, and using denigrating language towards hypothetical customers who would complain about something when in reality the majority of people would also not give a shit either way.

Well a review posted elsewhere reports that entracte and exit music are missing from this release, yet it's being marketed a Roadshow. Leaving out those elements means it is not a Roadshow. I'm not rewarding this with my money. Those elements were on the original VHS and Laserdisc. Cancelling order.

This kind of thing has happened enough times since the dawn of home video for me to take a dim view of altering the original to appease the ignorant instead of presenting it properly and informing them why. Other vendors are streaming the full version. Movies Anywhere for example, has roadshow elements missing on Amazon Prime Video. The ones who do it right are the ones who get my money. Those who don't do not. |

I respect your standards, but isn't having the film in glorious HD still better than nothing at all? |

The fans will buy it anyway... so why bother getting it right? What if someone decided to leave out all those words on the screen that begin the Star Wars movies because there is no picture? |

Who said i didn't buy a disc? I have bought Funny Girl and Happiest Millionaire discs twice each. We buy the digital version so we can watch movies anywhere. I won't buy the disc in this case because it's not complete.

Then that settles it. I won't even bother checking out what the differences are between the two versions of the movie included in the set, as they must both be the exact same version - on two distinctly labeled discs, just for the sake of deception. There's no chance in Hell the review might be for one of the two discs (the Roadshow version disc being hidden by a booklet and all).
