I think the monster cables are great, yeah they are overpriced...but so are alot of things in this world (Air Jordans, Dulce, Fendi, Ralph Lauren etc).

I like the fact that the monster cables are color coded and are sturdy as all hell, I do get a discount on them...but knowing it has a lifetime warranty and all...it's the last cable like that i'll ever need, and I'd probably still buy them even if I had to pay full pop. I guess it just makes me feal whole...lol

JTK has some good points, you can find other great cables for less...truth is recoton cables from wall mart would do the job, doesn't mean it's something i'd reccomend.
