Most of the items such as this amp are they really, I mean really worth paying $350,000 for it. Why is this worth soo much? How does this make the sound worth spending that much money for it?

Second part of my question my be dumb, but here it is:

Does the equipment that records it costs as much? if not how will this improve what was recorded on something much cheapier.

I guess what goes in, can't come out any better. Of course you can change a sound effect or a persons voice, but make it better.
