I agree, when I saw a claibrated 950, I was in complete awe of it. the new thins ones are nice, but don't have the depth of the 950. I am an LCD person personally, and really wanted to get a 46" 950, hopefully they will bring something like a 9000 out with local dimming.... I don't care if its 3"s thick or 1.2"s. thin is thin and I am not hanging it on a wall, so let us have the best possible.
