It's a free download but you need to purchase the cal file for your set. Turbe (www.controlcal.com) sells two kinds of files, one to enter the settings and another opens a secret panel to display total hours and other information. I believe he gives a discount to purchase both. In other words, without the settings files, the free download is useless.

It was confusing to me to but Turbe is awesome and will answer all your questions.

Also you need to get a serial cable (both ends female) (from Monoprice). http://www.monoprice.com/products/pr...seq=1&format=2
