Best Buy is good to buy from but you have to know what you are doing. I got the Kuro 111 for $3500 and then it jumped back to $5000 then $4500, then $3500, then $5000 etc. etc. The last low price was $2500 and then it jumps around. They are probably testing the price points to see the highest price they can sell it. If people are still going to pay $4500 they will sell it at that price. I would suggest keep checking on a weekly basis and grab one when it drops to $2500 again.

You can bargain. I walked into Best Buy when the price tag was changed back to $5000 and got them to sell me the Kuro for $3500. You also have to stay focused on the TV. They will try and sell you other things to go with it. I charged the TV on AE card and got another year of warranty for a total of 3 years warranty. No expensive service contract was necessary.

I anticipate the Kuro 151 to eventually come down to $4000 or below but if they can get people to buy them now at $5000 to $6000 they will try to sell them at these prices. My area warehouse has 81 151s. This is a 2008 model and the 2010 models should be coming in 6 months. They need to clear these 151s out eventually. I may consider getting a Kuro 151 when it dips below $4000.

My suggestion - wait for $2500 for Kuro 111 or $3900 for 151 at Best Buy. I don't think they will run out before these price points; if they do then get next year's generation of plasma which should be just as good for less money.
