In 2014 Gorilla Pictures(??) released it (along with A Force of One) on DVD, distributed via Cinedigm. It seems like they were still with American Cinema Releasing at least in name, but whether Gorilla Pictures owned them outright or licensed them, I couldn't tell you.

Technically the OCN would qualify as “best available film elements.”
