Not that I've heard. I emailed Shout! about it yesterday to see about a replacement program but have yet to hear back.

wondering if i should cancel my amazon order and order this from shout, so if there is a replacement disc, i can get it since i ordered from them..

Shout would only require a screenshot of your Amazon order.

In my experience, Shout does not make replacement disc programs exclusive to those who bought directly from them. When they did the Weathering With You replacement program due to incorrect disc art, they just asked for a screencap of your order page (in my case, Amazon) and then sent the new disc.

Just found this one for $27 at Wal Mart (Canada). $13 cheaper than Amazon.

how come Walmart Canada have these at store but yet usa Walmart don't?

it seems part 2 is hardest 4k to find unless you wait few more weeks amazon or buy ebay

I guess i'm just going to have to watch Halloween 2 from shout collection boxset tonight or tomorrow so I'll be ready to see Halloween kills tomorrow night or Friday afternoon

Halloween II isnt connected to the new Halloween films. Watched 1 and Halloween 2018, going to see Kills on Saturday.

I love this movie and it’s so bad. The scene where Loomis tries to shoot a kid trick or treating, who gets hit by a cop car going 100 mph for some reason and explodes instantly is an all timer

That’s the best kill in the movie and it wasn’t even a Myers kill.
