I assume you hate Zaun for leaving, but for the O's in general, nobody beats Aubrey Huff. He's an odd one (although I'm sure everyone in Baltimore is familiar with this story)...

Haha to Huff... i saw his fist pumping home run a couple weeks ago and thought to myself, you just don't do that! They ended up losing of course.

As for Zaun, nah we were glad to see him go. Many a man left on and a strike-out had with Zaun at the plate. Also terrible catcher, he was one of the worst at throwing stealers out in the league.

Ok as a number 2 guy I guess, i think they signed him as that.

Hey my Yankees are turning it around, now if we can only get consistant pitching especially the bullpen and A-Rod shows up in the post season we are golden!

I was thinking when the Yankees whipped up that 9 game streak, how quickly a record can go from bad to great, and in the Blue Jays case, how quickly it can go from great to not-so-good.

Unrelated, in that "most epic thread ever" thread here, I clicked the link and read about the guy stealing car parts around Ontario, and he mentioned Mississauga and I thought "wow, that's a weird name", and lo and behold, I see that you live there.

It's that weird thing about when you hear a word (or in this case, a city) for the first time, then you start seeing it everywhere.

Haha. Some people baffle me. I met a kid in college whose favorite teams were the Yankees, Patriots and Lakers, UNC for college basketball, Florida State for football. He was from Connecticut.

The Cubs finally won a game. I don't care that the game was only 5 1/2 innings, a wins a win. It's nice to see the Cubs bats heating up. 6 runs last night in only 5 innings, and 8 runs on Monday after hardly scoring any runs last week.

On a side note, how good has Zack Grienke been this year. 8-1 with a 0.84 ERA, and his one loss was a complete game, 1-0 loss. Especially impressive considering he left the team in 2006 because he was suffering from social anxiety disorder and depression. It's nice to see someone overcome something like that. He just signed a contract extension this year so he should be in Kansas City until 2013.

Yup I know what you mean, pronounced "Mrs. Sauga" basically, suburb outside of Toronto.

I would like to point out that there's a joke to be made about Sportsnet but I can't put one together. I'm a Sportscenter loyalist, ESPN or TSN, I can't stand Sportsnet.

He is this year's Cliff Lee. With the roll the Tigers are on, I actually thought they could beat him!
