my b2g1 orders for Summer of '84, Krampus & the Karate Kid trilogy have been "preparing for shipping" for almost a week now. Venom 2 & Wolf of Wall Street as of today now say "preparing for shipping". Ticks & Maniac Cop 2 have already been delivered. The rest of my pre-orders come out in January. Could be supply chain issues or just not enough people working at their warehouse.

i/e if you ordered 3 $15 items, you'll get a refund of $15

Won't you get a refund of $10? The three $15 items cost you $30 because of B2G1, so I think you would get 1/3 of $30 back.

I have the same issue with an order which has been "preparing for shipping" for a week now. For most of the titles I would have the same est. delivery date if I cancelled the first order and re-ordered them right now. Makes no sense as all of my other Target orders have been speedily processed and shipped within a couple days.

Don't have any suggestion(s) for you how to resolve the problem as their customer service phone reps are awful and all they will do is read back to you the info you already know.

My Karate Kid trilogy is supposed to be here tomorrow. Hard Target still hasn't been shipped but the website is saying I should get it by the 13th, which is unlikely considering that would be a much faster shipping time than Karate Kid.

I just received my Hard Target 4K, but Krampus looks to arrive by 12/23. On the website it says Krampus (new order) would arrive by 12/16…so I’m hoping they start backfilling the preorders soon

I went to my Target store recently and was surprised at how the movie/tv section has shrunk. They expanded their book section for some reason.

My copy of Hard Target 4K (that I preordered during one of the recent B2G1s), shipped out on Monday and is scheduled for delivery today.

target's order fulfillment has been exceptionally slow lately. We're still waiting on several orders from their last B2G1 promo just to ship. Though their shipping notices have gotten looney too: most of our out for delivery email notices are coming a day after we already received the order; sometimes the delivered noticed comes before the "your items will be delivered today/tomorrow" notice. Something seems to have gone haywire with their whole system. We've gotten a number of notices that an item is back in stock before they've actually updated their site inventory to reflect such too.

My nearest Target only has 2 small endcaps of movies. All of the area they previously occupied is now filled with vinyl and most of it is crap - Swift, Grande, etc. Not sure who would pay $25-35 for that junk. Then they'll take it home and probably play it on a $50 turntable ... wonder if they tape a nickel on their tonearms too ?
