They finally shipped my final non preorder title from the B2G1 sale even though it has shown "in stock" this whole time

Unfortunately they haven't shipped my preorder of Venom 2 which means I won't be getting it for release day, anyone else have theirs ship yet?

Mine hasn’t shipped yet but it says “Scheduled for Thursday, December 16. But it’s coming via UPS “Mail Innovations” so i expect it next week. My post office usually has it for 2-3 days at least.

I’ll gladly deal with them at for a $20 4K new release.

FYI, if you're looking for The Last Duel 4K in-store, save your gas. None at my local store, and the entertainment rep showed no stores in the local region have them available.

Only the (slipless) BD and DVD are stocked. Best Buy, however, had a few copies of the UHD.

WARNING POST: a couple people (including me) have started getting "Item delayed, need approval to not cancel" emails -- mine for the Andy Griffith BD.

As reported by several people in the last couple sales, if your click the link to go to your order page where there should be a BIG RED "APPROVE" button or if you go to your Order page directly, this button may be missing. The Email states " We wanted to let you know that an item from your order will arrive after your estimated delivery date. We apologize for the delay.

You may need to approve the new delivery date. To do this, simply click the button below and see if there's an approve button next to your item. If not, there's nothing else you need to do."

DO NOT believe this last sentence as many people had orders cancelled in the last 2 or 3 B2G1 sales. My Approve Button wasn't visibel on my PC with Chrome or Firefox (didn't try Chrome Incognito) even turning off my UBlock and Popup Blocker, but luckily happened to check my ANDROID APP and sure enough the button was there (it wasn't there last night when I last checked). Clicked and got an immediate email from Target "Delay Approved"

I think it was on my PC Edge Browser, but I can't be 100% sure. I think something in the browsers or AdBlock type addon are preventing the APPROVAL button from appearing so you may have to try a few different thing. Doing nothing is not a great option unless it's a optional item for you and you aren't going to be upset if it's cancelled.

Whenever I receive those delay approval e-mails, I simply (and quickly) approve it via the Target app on my mobile phone. Coincidentally, I’ve had to perform that task about three times in the recent weeks.

100%, but doesn't help if there's no button and the email implies that's "No Problem"

I've never had an issue with this in the past, but I don't think I've had such a message in a B2G1 sale in well over a year. This is the first time I've run into the missing button issue which wasn't missing.

I'm normally not a phone/mobile person, but figured I'd check and certainly glad I did.

For me, the Approve button was missing from my iphone Target app, but was there on my PC Edge browser.

Just got my third “need to approve” for Invasion of The Body Snatchers 4K.

And my Venom 2 did ship and still says arriving tomorrow. My guess is more like Saturday with USPS doing last mile.

Same here on the Body Snatchers 4K. They must have massively oversold preorders. Around a week ago they actually had it in stock for a couple days and I was expecting to get a shipment notice but instead got a another backorder approval email. Why they would have been taking more orders when others have been waiting almost a month now is nonsensical. I wonder if Kino is hoarding due to their Winter Wonderland sale that ends in a few days and only letting companies like Target order small batches from the distributor until that ends. That would make sense.

Same. I mostly deal with Amazon, and I can only think of a 2 or 3 times in a decade+ that they've ever made me confirm that I still wanted an item. You'd think Target would allow you to change the default to YES, I STILL WANT IT, because I always will. The first time Target ever canceled my preorder, I hadn't even got an email notification. Seems odd for a major retailer to default to PLEASE BUY THIS ELSEWHERE, HERE'S A REFUND.

Just approved another delay for my Invasion of the Body Snatchers 4K preorder for like the 3rd time.

I was getting tired of this runaround, so I asked a Target rep on "AskTarget" and they actually told me that if I cancelled it (or even if they cancelled it for some reason), that action would render the B2G1 discount for the entire order invalid and they would bill me full price for the remaining two.

I just got it for the HARD TARGET 4K. Did Kino pull it entirely because of the error? I know there's going to be a replacement disc program. So maybe they pulled it. Either way, I'll keep clicking approve, as I won't get it anywhere else for that price once available.

What's the record length of time elapsed for a Target "Preparing for shipping" notice until the order actually ships ? I don't think my Dec. 3 order is gonna make its estimated delivery date of 12/20 and Santa really wanted to watch PF's "Delicate Sound of Thunder" when he dropped by on the 24th.

Still waiting on my December 4th order of Fritz the Cat to ship. Says estimate Dec 22. Its oos so I have a feeling it won't be here but it was in stock when I ordered it. :/
