They should have released a trophy patch already

i'm disappointed when games like Saints row 2 omitted them too, it definitely had an affect on not wanting to play in hope of a patch since launch, LUCKILY MGS4 is my all time favourite PS3 game to date so i can forgive that

I'm thoroughly angry about Konami using their own ID system to sign in as it has caused loads of problems & turned people away & getting Konami ID after a system restore was a nightmare & haven't really played it but guess that's cause i prefer other online shooters

As for MGO expansions, having to buy from them rather than PS store killed it for me, again an implication of that dreadful Konami ID but as a business i guess they're were going for maximum profit but sadly think they alienated too many potential customers with Konami ID & have lost out on possible revenue

Isn't there a choice to simply buy the MGO dlc through PSN store? Atleast it presented me with a such choice in the shop menu of the MGO game.

would it be so hard to give us these skins as camos in MGS4's SP? MGO is such a hassle with game ID's, Konami ID's, and all that other bs.

Yeah, it would be nice to know if the trophies are coming. I recently fired up a new game, but I would put that on hold if a clear announcement was made.

I too cannot wait for trophies, but I'm completely afraid of a totally flawless Big Boss run on super demi-godlike omega hard mode....backwards.

I want a gold trophy for watching the end cut scenes!!!

Think I'll definitely hold off starting this until trophies are available (assuming they are at some point). Can't see them giving any for watching credits, but you never know, Kojima seems the type of person that would give trophies for the most nuts things and not the usual 'finish game' or 'shoot 5,000,000 enemies'.

The game is like

.

Absolutely everything about it is amazing even without trophies.

It comes with it's own reward system for when you beat the game in the form of badges. After you beat it, if you have met certain criteria, you can earn different badges, depending on what you've done. The only thing is, you aren't ranked globally and it is just for personal gain.

Definitely buy this game. TO HELL with the trophies. Those of us who have it, just want trophies to make it THAT MUCH BETTER. If you don't already have it, you neeeeeeeeed to have it.

Buy it used on ebay if you are unsure. You'll play for 2 minutes and then you'll lose your job from playing too long and become a MGS4 junkie.

Seriously, there hasn't been a game with this much replay value in a very long time.

NOT TO MENTION the fact that the post right under my old one (Rike255) proves how much opinions vary and you might even like the ending.
