There is NOTHING wrong with a PG rating for a film, as long as it suits the style of the film, and in the case of the "Fantastic Four", it does. The comic book has always (for the most part) been about a family who goes on "fantastic" adventures... and would certainly fit in the style of films that get PG ratings.
