If they would of announced something other than MGS PS1 today, I'd have to agree with you. So far though we are all out of ideas what else they could release tomorrow.

Though if its MGS2, I'll speak for the gaming community and say thats good enough.

I bought the mgs1-3 collection for 25 bucks new.. so I care less about these psn releases ;p

well dammit maybe i'm lying. mgs on psp might be cool lol.

Yeah I took some creative liberty on my statement purely because I don't feel like digging up my discs (just like FFVII).

I think it's safe to assume that if today's announcement isn't MGS4 trophies, they will never come out with them and we can all move on to bigger and better things.

I'm so pumped for MGS4 trophys that I'll probably put FFVII on hold and actually play MGS I just downloaded.

Screw you Konami if this is the announcement:

The final bit of Metal Gear-related news in this week of celebration comes in the form of an official Metal Gear Online tournament. You can register to take part in it starting on June 23rd by performing the following steps:

1) Log into MGO with the character you wish to enter into the Tournament (starting June 23rd) - but hurry, only a limited number of players can participate
2) Go to Lobby Select and choose Tournament Registration
3) On the Lobby Screen select one of the 4 tournament lobbies to register (i.e. US TOURNEY 1, US TOURNEY 2, etc.)
4) Select either Join Team (pick a team off the list to join), Create Team and Submit Entry (set up the team name and password), or Solo Entry (assigned to a random team)

The tournament will take place on June 26th. Registrants MUST own the SCENE expansion pack for MGO.

They haven't released a PR for anything, yet. So there may still be hope.
