I believe they only look at the date when you made the qualifying orders based on my recent experience. In my situation, my Target Circle bonus expired two days ago and the remaining items in my second order did not ship out until today. Both of my orders were made during the offer period. When I checked my account today after getting the shipment email, I noticed that they gave me two check marks and the Circle bonus reward. One of the items in my second order did ship out prior to the expiration date though but I am not sure if that was the overriding factor because I still only had one check mark when that item shipped out.

Does anyone know if I can do a price-match on an item I bought as part of the b2g1 promo? Will it void my Circle bonus? I noticed that one of the items I bought dropped in price.

hopefully that's how its supposed to work as that is whats stated in the terms and conditions but you never know if that's how it will play out. I'm mostly just kind of annoyed since the item hasn't shipped 12 days later and I could get the item sooner by ordering now then my current deliver estimate...

If price matching would drop you below the target circle offer then they can as they pretty explicitly state that in a couple of different places in the terms. I don't think you have a problem if the correction still places the order above the minimum though.

So for the $20 reward for 2 qualifying purchases, does it need to be 2 items equaling $70 or can I get more than 2 items equaling $70? Also does 2 purchases mean 2 different orders of items totaling $70 meaning I need to spend $140 or just 1 order of 2 items for $70?

There’s some funky stuff going on with the Target website. Preorder buttons are grayed out on several of the latest preorders. You can add most of them to cart by clicking on the preorder button on the search page though. Tried to report this to customer service and apparently they don’t have a clue.

To qualify, you have to make two separate orders/in-person purchases that total at least $70. To your benefit, they do calculate the total before any Target discounts or Red Card deductions on your purchases. So yes, you have to spend $140 to get a $20 reward.

Is the offer still valid if I price match? I plan on doing this offer with the Criterion sale coming up. 3 4Ks and the Before Trilogy and 1 4K.

I have no idea because I've never price-matched anything. I wouldn't expect there's a definitive answer. YMMV.

I just got screwed. Got a new Target Red Card and activated it, then two of my B2G1 orders got canceled because they couldn't process the old card. I got emails about needing to update those orders and I thought I did, but I guess not.

I don't know, I got credit for one order during the B2G1 sale but my other two won't ship until July or August. On my Circle page it says my offer has expired so I assume my other two will not retroactively qualify. Maybe if it's close they'll give you a break but mine are just too far away.

On the other hand I've got a new offer but pretty much nothing to buy - and no sale.

I can't recall what thread it was on, but someone else was complaining about Target pre-orders in general having the option greyed out, but they were still able to add to cart in the search page, but not the product page. I did that and was able to add it to cart after the product page said not available.
