I listed a couple because I believe those sometimes go unnoticed and I think you will be rewarded if you train your eyes to catch these moments.

For me, the biggest treat in the movie is the lovely mirror dimension sequence. Not much for pop-out but cool, nonetheless.

Looks like you also didn't see the car hurled at the screen by Doc Oc popout.

Fast and weak popout that you have to train your eyes to see just ain't the way to make 3D movies, at least not for a general audience.
