I believe you have to start a return and then if they don't get back to you within 3 business days you can ask eBay to step in.

So I asked for a refund and I received a message from eBay that they the seller couldn’t send a return label, so to contact the seller to arrange shipping. They asked me to send them the sets back the cheapest method possible, and they would refund me once I sent them the receipts. It was just under $40 to ship the two sets back and now they are ignoring and refusing to refund me the return shipping costs. And eBay says it’s out of their hands since I used my own funds to ship it back instead of going through them, even though they are the ones who sent me the message to arrange shipping with the seller. Been going back and forth with eBay for days but it sounds like they cannot help so now I’m out $40. Really frustrated and I can’t believe such a large company would steal money from a seller.

Either way, let my loss be a lesson for you, DO NOT order from Blowitouttahere!
