Heard this on the radio earlier, wish it were true. Been looking for something to confirm but havent found anything, might have fallen through.

yeah I was watching espn and it was unconfirmed so I'm sure we'll find out by the end of the day they will be set tho if they pull this off.

JP Richarddi never should have opened his mouth, should have shopped Halladay quietly instead of making it a big hoopla with nothing happening in the end. All he did was make it uncomfortable for Halladay and the Jays.

I think the O's blew it their only consistent pitcher is now gone... for two prospects I've never heard of

I heard its cheaper at Rogers Centre then Yankee Stadium.

Plus Toronto is only 5 hours from me compared to 8-9 to go to New York.

Nice weekend for Cubs closer Kevin Gregg. Blown save Saturday, blown save Sunday. At least Saturday they got the win, but no luck Sunday as he gave up back to back homers with a 2-1 lead. Maybe he was just trying to help out his old team. The Cubs haven't had a solid closer since Dempster was converted back to a starter. Marmol shows so much promise but then he has horrible outings that lead you to doubt whether he has it. When you're in a close divisional race every game counts and they can't have a closer give away games like that.
