I want an idea of how much I'm going to like and and we seem to think the same regarding RotF.
Depends on what franchise was your favored one growing up!

I'm obviously a major Transformers fan, So I lack the hang ups that a hardcore Joe fan might harbor for this movie

One almighty plus for Joe is the visuals in the action sequences are easy to keep up with... No OTT camera jerking! (BAY!!! I'm looking at you right now )

Well I never really watched G.I. Joe.

Hell I didn't even know the characters' names until they started talking about this movie getting made

I expect to enjoy it, I mean I enjoyed Transformers, Wolverine, and Terminator.

I also enjoyed The Mummy and thought The Mummy Returns was ok.

So I doubt I'll be walking out disappointed.

Just keep in mind that the film is somewhat cheesy like, but its entertaining. I think you might actually like this movie more than Wolverine, and mummy returns.

I don't understand anyone who is standing up for this movie. The acting was cheesy, the story sucked. The only good thing was the special effects.

So far you and I have enjoyed the same movies this summer (Transformers, Terminator, Fast and Furious). I just saw G.I. JOE.. Was it chessy? Yes. Was it really entertaining and well done despite the Cheese? Yes. Would i pay to see this again? Yes.

I really enjoyed the movie, more then i did Transformers actually. I did not really know the characters, but it was well done You'll enjoy it

Good enough for me

I REALLY don't want to wait until next Saturday to see this (especially since I am going see District 9 then) so I am going over my schedule for the week very carefully to try and move SOMETHING to see this soon.

If you can see it sooner, it will be well worth it.

I am not sure why there is so much negative ideas about this movie. It was not meant to a serious, 100% realistic movie. It was made to be a fun, entertaining movie. I love to hear how ppl compare older movies/shows to this new one. EVERYTHING is based off a TOY! Every show or previous movie is just someone's else's opinion!

Anyways, the movie was great!
