I say pull him. It's not like he's pitching an incredible game or anything. Get some fresh arms in there.

I'd only want Joba for 1 inning, and I don't know if Rivera should throw 2 again like in Game 2, since Games 4 and 5 are back to back (4 tomorrow, 5 Monday), whereas in Game 2 they knew they had a day off the next day.

Ideally, it'd be great if the Yankees blew the score open enough so that Rivera wasn't even needed.

I don't follow the skankees well enough to know if jaba should pitch more then 1, but when he was in the pen he was beast.

I do agree with two more games MR shouldn't go more then one if he can.

I think he's just confused because of the way they were using him all year. Starter/reliever/starter/reliever, etc. He hasn't been too great for the last part of the season/the playoffs. If he can get hyped up and blow balls past people for 3 outs, I think that's a job well done, and then let him go sit down.

Yeah they should have just let him be hopefully now they'll leave him in and have a great setup for MR and then a guy to fill the void when he leaves.

I like how Yankees fans have been out-chanting the Phillies fans a few times tonight. I've heard Let's Go Yankees and Hip-Hip-Jorge, and great cheers after Phillies strike out, among other things.

I guess it's a combination of the teams not being that far apart, the Yankees having fans everywhere, and the Phillies fans possibly heading home at this point.
