I just received my 300: The Complete Experience from Amazon and there was no Digital Copy included. Aren't all of these supposed to come with the Digital Copies?

I jumped on the recent deal for this BD, mine shipped today. We'll see if I get the digital copy or not. If mine is missing the copy, I will try to remember to post again in this thread to let others know. I also should get my T4 today. I will be a lot more annoyed if I don't get the slipcover than I will about the digital copy, but even if I am not interested in using the thing, Amazon should note when they are shipping a version of the release that has changed to not include something listed in the current release.

Excatly. I just e-mailed them explaining my disappointment. Hopefully, all will turn out well and I will get the digital copy and slipcover released by other merchants. OP: E-mail Amazon and see if they are able to send you a digital copy. I'm assuming you opened it, but if you haven't you may have a better chance.

I wonder if part of the reason Amazon was able to discount them down to $12.99 was that they got them from WB without the DC, maybe? Anywhoo, I just set up a replacement through the Amazon returns center and hopefully my next one will come with it, even though it looks I might have to wait for up to 3 weeks.

Just a follow up. Got my replacement from Amazon and it had the digital copy. Odd that the first one didn't. It didn't even have the digital copy sticker on the first one. Oh well, at least it was corrected, gosh I love Amazon!

I got Terminator Salvation without a slipcover or digital copy. I contacted customer service and requested a partial refund of $5 to make up for it not being complete and they said okay and refunded me the $5.
The next day I got 300 the Complete Experience in the mail missing the digital copy also. I contacted them again, let them know that I was okay with a $5 refund again and they gave me the $5 back. Now I kind of hope that every new movie I buy will be missing the digital copies as I would much rather have $5 off. |

Warner Brothers is now treating digital copies on a very limited basis. Usually after their first run pressings, they start sending out restock without the DC. The Matrix, Gran Torino, and many others are now being released without the DC.

I wouldn't have noticed if it weren't for this post since I don't even use the digital copy. But I also didn't receive it and this post inspired me to contact Amazon for a possible discount. This is the response I got from what I think is their offshore team based on the name. But I didn't receive a confirmation or see a refund on the order online yet.

I sent a message as well since I didn't get one either from my Cyber Monday order. It's not really Amazon's fault- it's Warner, but of course they have to follow up with selling what they advertise. Hopefully they'll do something to correct the issue.
