I just hope this Disc will be region free. Otherwise I would have to wait an additional week until it get's released in the UK.. Usually Fox Discs are coded but lately they've become a bit more liberal

Weird, i tought this year, AD was wayyy better than FG. Apart from the Multiverse Episode, all FG EP so far are boring as cr**

I don't think "weaker" is the right word. It's a different show with a different style of humor. It relies less on gags, particularly "manatee" jokes. Family Guy is all about random non-sequiturs and gags that go on way longer than they should. American Dad just doesn't have those things. If you think that makes it "weaker", then whatever, but I certainly wouldn't classify something as weaker for that reason.

I was able to watch this over the weekend (seriously it isn't hard to find online). I thought it was great i liked it better then blue harvest. some of the highlights for me included

There was tons more stuff i loved and some i didn't but the good far outweighed the bad and this is well worth it for any star wars or family guy fan, can't wait untill we get the return of the jedi spoof, originally called "the Great Mupet Caper" but now called "we have a bad feeling about this" but thats probabaly a good 2 years off

FYI:
My local target (huntsville al) had this blu out today. it didnt have a tag but there were 6-8 of them on the shelf. it scanned $22.99

thats really weird that they are releasing the BD/DVD first then... figure they can make more $$ of the HV release than airing it new??

The date gap is strange, I assumed this would hit Bluray the week after it aired on TV (like 24's movie did) but to be honest the Bluray clocks in at about 54 mins and is uncensored. The language will be edited for TV broadcast and at least 10 mins will be cut so that it can fit into an house TV slot (with commercials) so purchasing the bluray isn't a total waste and it will most likely be worth it

although having seen it, i don't know how they will do that, 10 mins is along time, alot of jokes are gonna get cut for TV

yes but they should release it after the censored broadcast... that way people have seen it... and will get to see more... like they did with the first one :/

They dont always do that anymore....like "caprica" is out on blu already but doesnt debut on Syfy until january.
