Actually I hate Twitter. LOL! I want to do up a Facebook page but also a website and other things. I just have fallen so far behind in my inventory and updates, and have the upcoming Emerald City Comic-Con coming up (if you are in or around the Seattle area, it is a great convention). I have the Nightmare on Elm Street posters for the remake coming soon, and a few other titles possibly. But you are on my mailing list so you will be the first to know. I have the Alice in Wonderland styles in, but only a few sets available, they will go quick. Damn nice posters too.

Sounds like they did a really good job on it, those solid thick ones are nice. I remember having the Nightmare Before Christmas styles (the released and the unreleased ones) and the Lost World ones, they were all nicely done. I like the Elm Street poster, it's a good tease shot of Freddy. What I am concerned though is that it is going to be the same film, just a few changes, hopefully I am wrong. I enjoyed the original one but didn't get into the sequels. Robert Englund did an amazing job as the original Freddy. A lot of people think that this final style poster is the second poster released, when actually it is the first and only poster made for the film. There was a teaser image released late last year around August or September that showed a similiar design with his claw/blades quite prominent on the poster, even Michael Bay thought it was going to be the teaser poster, but a poster was not released back then. I was surprised they didn't put out a teaser style, but I guess they decided to go with just the final style. I think it will sell quite well with Nightmare fans.

In my opinion, you don't really need to do anything special for a double-sided movie poster. Sure, you can spend the extra money and buy a light box frame like you see in a movie theater, or you can build one, but I personally have all of my double-sided posters up in my house simply framed professionally with acid-free backing board and UV glass. I don't get the "light effect" but it is more affordable.

I am not aware of the movie titles you mentioned above, Ramona and Beezus? I am sorry I have never heard of them before. Is that one movie or two? Also, where on MoviePoster.com did you see them listed and are you sure they are double-sided reproductions? If you want to post the links of what you are referring to I will check them out, or did you mean to say MovieGoods.com?

Yeah it's one movie called Ramona and Beezus. MoviePoster.com doesn't have it right now but in an E-mail said that is one poster they are looking for to carry and I just assumed it would be double sided since most of the posters they carry are but won't know 100% until they do get it in.

Fox is shipping one-sheets and bus shelters for Ramona and Beezus now. We recieved them at my theater this week. It shouldn't be long before they have them.

I hadn't heard of that film, with it being a FOX release, I wouldn't be surprised if dealers don't get them, as FOX posters are rather difficult to find. I guess keep checking their website, they may have it but I know I probably won't carry that title.

Hey guys I haven't posted in a LOOOONG time. I originally started this thread to learn where to get cheap posters as a means to dress up my boring walls. But then Jon joined the thread and bestowed so much info he peaked my curiosity.

I bought my 1st Original poster from him being a spiderman 3 glossy. I was amazed at how vivid originals looked and since then I haven't looked back.

I'm excited because for the 1st time in a yr or so I just placed an order. I got the 3 Alice in wonderland posters that form 1 giant image. As well as an international Constantine, and an Original Grindhouse.

The grindhouse was marked down because of a slight tear. But IMO id rather have an original with a tear then a reprint with lack luster colors.

I am glad I could help people out on here, I just felt that there was no reason to spend $30+ for a reproduction from places like MovieGoods when you can get the original double-sided authentic ones for that price or cheaper. Now that is not the case for every poster, but the majority of new releases are below the $30 range when they first come out.

The Alice in Wonderland styles are quite beautifully done, I have all four styles available for purchase, but be advised they are rather expensive due to the rarity of them and the fact that mine are in mint unused condition and so many are being sold on eBay that aren't mint.

Latest posters in are Toy Story 3, Inception, Nightmare on Elm Street, Clash of the Titans, and a few others. For those on my mailing list, updates are coming soon.

The Alice posters will continue to be sought after for a number of reasons. First, because Alice in Wonderland in general has a number of fans and collectors. Second, the legions of Depp/Burton fans. Third, the fact that it is a Disney release and anything authentic when it comes to posters is very difficult to get. Sure there are people who take them from theaters either before or after they are displayed, and generally aren't in mint condition, but beyond that finding mint Disney titles can be very hard, but there are some dealers such as myself that carry them. Lastly, the film is doing very well and the posters are extremely colorful, Disney did a good job on them.

BTW if anyone needs frames Michale's is doing buy 1 get 1 free on Trendsetter frames. I never bought them before as they are normally $40 each which is kinda out of my price range for a frame. But at b1g1 its $20 each. They seem to be pretty good quality for someone looking for a sturdy frame and not willing to break the bank. Far superior to the Styleline frames i was currently using. I figure if im breaking the bank on all 3 Alice originals I might as well get better frames too so they dont slide down.

Sale ends the either sat or Sunday.

I ordered items with the description "double sided; original; rolled. 27X40"

As they did have items listed as prints which I was sure to avoid.
