The Punisher II sound problems?

On the BR cover it clearly states DTS 7.1 MA, and when the movie starts ,it starts in DTS 7.1 MA, but in 5seconds, it drops down to DTS 5.1 MA. Anyone else notice?

The only Blu-ray I've had this problem with is T2: Skynet Edition. P: War Zone plays 7.1 surround sound for me through the entire movie.

T2 says it is a 6.1 DTS HD MA, but it only puts out at 5.1
