LCD's don't need "antiglare" glass cover because they don't glare to begin with. (Except for some newer Samsungs, which use glass cover

)

I love my Sony LCD (46" XBR4) but I don't think a 42" Sharp LCD looks like crap either. Are you sure the problem is not your source? How are you feeding Blu-ray to the LCD?
