Just a thought, but how about this: you create an account on the us amazon page using a credit card. Order an inexpensive region 1 blu-ray player. I think they are available now for less than $100. Then, buy your us TZ season, and everything you want region 1 from now on will also play. It will cost money, but if you're willing to spend a couple of hundred bucks it would probably work.

Do you have an SD card in your 2010? Denon recommends a 2 gb card but I found that an 8 gb SD card is a problem solver. (Particularly with LOADING PROBLEMS) This is my second Denon. All players will have issues with some discs. (Thousands of BDs have played on my 2 Ds) I always return to the Denon but I have experienced your frustration.
The SD card Brain boost is not explained in the manual. The card must be formatted in the player. (You can call Denon for assistance) It sounds goofy but a 4g card helped me and an 8 proved better. Try it (if you haven't) and keep me posted. I'll post my results here in 24.

Last time I checked, Amazon.com doesn't ship electronics outside the US, so Ferg would have to look for another retailer who will.

You also use the same log in information for any Amazon site in the world. Same password and handle for each site, simple.

Does anyone know if you can take the Radio dramas from this blu-ray (listed as an extra) and place it on your ipod? Or can you only listen to them on your TV?

I would love to listen to these in the car during my commute to work.

Yes, I know (I've ordered from amazon.com, .ca, .co.uk, and .co.jp

My original concern was that the US site will ship only books and other media outside of the US i.e. no electronics, clothing, etc. This was something I ran into in the past (I'm in Canada), but I forgot they now have an Amazon Global Program for allowing certain items to be shipped internationally

same problems, disc 1 and 4 don't load and a wrinkled package. it looks better than the "definitive" but the heck with it. it goes back to amazon for a refund

*the a/v resolution is better but not enough at the current price and aggravation (maybe I'll try the upgrade ... but you said it didn't help.

I tried with an SD as well as the replacement shipment. Unfortuneately, neither worked......same problem.

upgrade and sd card don't help... Wait for a latter pressing, I'm returning TZ for refund ... "compatibility with some players problem" ... brb

To be honest, I never really watched Twilight Zone until about 5 years ago. They are so interesting, unlike any show I've watched, as I literally love every episode. If the sets weren't so expensive, I would have no problem purchasing each season. I'm definitely picking up Season 1 on Black Friday if it has a great deal.

I should check all my discs... so far I am on disc 2 and I think I played an episode from Disc 5 also. What player do you use? I am using a PS3.

Panasonic SC-BT100. Never had a problem before either. On the page before this page, someone I believe said that disc 1 and 4 wouldn't play for him and was sending back to Amazon.

I would hope Image Entertainment would work out the issues with the disc errors, and just send out replacements. I would think they are aware of the issue by now and should issue a statement. I would defin. go to their website and try to send them an e-mail regarding the issue, esp if all they need to do is replace in your case one disc than damage out a full set.

i was just gonna see if they all work... but ended up staying for 3 eps. they're so damn addicting because they're so damn good!

My set disc 4 seems to be messed up as well... When I first put the disc in, I got a disc read error on my PS3, so I restarted and got the disc to load up, but the menu and first episode (RIP Kevin McCarthy

) seem to be randomly choppy and froze up from time to time...

Does this seem to only be happening to users with PS3s? I'm gonna test the disc out on my laptop bluray player and see if the issue exists there as well...
