I don't like this film much, but I'll get it on the day it comes out for my stepdad. It's his favorite film. And I have to admit Brad Pitt looks amazing in this.

According to DVD Afficianado Sony is releaing LEGENDS OF THE FALL on February 8, 2011.

I'm really glad to see that Legends of the Fall is coming out on Blu-ray. It's a spectacular film that I cannot wait to add to my Blu-ray library.

That's how I feel too. This is great news. I am pleased that there will be commentaries too.

As it happens, I really like A River Runs through It too, so I am glad that that will be re-released.

Is this going to be delayed, yet again?? With, almost, 1 month til street date Amazon still doesn't have it for sale.
Is still says "currently unavailable".
Anyone got any info on this?

This is supposed to be released on February 8th but Amazon.com still don't have a release date shown on their page. They just have an option to be notified when it's available to order.

Other sites such as DVDEmpire are still showing the release date as February 8th, so does anyone know what's going on with Amazon? Is this release still happening or what?

I've been waiting 4 years for this title!! They did the same thing almost 4yrs ago when it was supposed to be released. Maybe Legends of the Fall is like Hailey's Comet: You can see it, but never actually touch it!

assuming it comes out on the 8th i'm sure the price will be pretty low on its release date. $16.99 is my guess for an old catalog title like this...

im getting nervous about the lack of development for this release of this wonderful film

Last time I checked BB had it for $19.99, $5 off with purchase of select title(s).
