My god, the inventory system was just rubbish. And the story, well, not as bad as the Metal Gear Snake series.

I'm more of the mindset "I've got a minigun/chainsaw/rocket launcher/foot. I don't need to find a freaking key"...

RE2 as well - I was expert at that game, but it was a different era. Much better than 1 but gee, I HATED how even in replay with great weapons, you know what? You still had to run past all the cool Romero zombies at the start, and only got the cool weapons once you go to the building, and then not a proper freaking zombie to be seen.

Give me Silent Hill any day. Mate, you could always play with a "leave no monster alive" mindset even if you just had a stick.
What where you playing REmake? If so i loved it when it first came out but it's been years so i dont know how it held up.
