How many are purple? - Blu-ray Forum

One reason (there are a few) I'm not purple is I don't want two sets of disc's one for this player one for that player. At this point in time even the biggest HD DVD fanboy would have to acknowledge (if they are being honest) that Blu has the upper hand and at this point in time is going to be the likely victor.

Once you go to a big screen (100") my HDD equivilents (Warner & Paramount) look soft and a bit fuzzy compared to Fox, Disney and Sony for the equivilent age of the films N.B. yet to compare Blade Runner and HP as they are still in transit. If they are as a bad as the rest I will not be buying any more Warner until they start releasing movies that take full advantage of Blu-ray.
