What are your framing plans? I went with 1 1/2 inch square aluminum tubing for mine... my old build thread is over on avs... the pictures are dated at this point.

Cool on your current screen!

Since my plan is to build a 141" screen, I will be using pine (1 x 4 Select Pine Radiata) that comes in 12' lengths. The recommended Poplar wood only comes in 10' lengths so I had to find another option. For whatever reason this pine is not the norm and is some of the best quality pine that I've seen. Home Depot carries this. The funny thing is that not all Home Depot's carry this type of pine:shurg: Plus it is a little more expensive than the regular pine they sale.
