In the case of these sets, it's not like you can't also get them individually, if that's what you prefer; each film might even be individually packaged within each set for all we know, like Fox and Universal often does. If it encourages adoption of the format, facilitates more catalog titles in stores with limited shelf space, or helps more people to upgrade their dvds to high def, I'm all for it, just as long as it's still three discs rather than three movies, with or without extras, crammed onto a single BD50, which is what's implied by the single disc sticking out of the side on the promo art.
