I have stickers on my t.v. (I think) I just assumed it's easier than cleaning the residue...... besides, I don't try to impress people with my t.v., as it's not too impressive.......

I also use a razor-blade to open conventional DVD cases.... and leave the white/clear plastic sticker on the top of the DVD case with the name/release date, etc... because it keeps the plastic surrounding case of the DVD from tearing etc, and keeps the insert under the plastic from sliding out, or from getting rubbed on the shelving etc.....

anal??? I guess so.

also.... I take the speaker grills off my speakers when I'm alone, never with company..... the grills protect the speakers, but believe it or not, they muffle some sound.... so when alone, I will pull them off, and listen to those babies sing!

Default New Set Up

So here's the new set up... :-)

Sony 40V3000/1080P LCD
Samsung BD-P1400 Blu-Ray
Onkyo TR 605 Receiver
Xbox 360

Right now I currently have a Bose speaker system, but will be upgrading the speaker system as well. I will more than likely upgrade to a high end polk audio system. That's where I'm leaning anyway...

Once you get yourself some Polks, then we will have nearly the same setup! Check my gear in the sig. I posted pics of them a while back, or you can just use the link.

This is a very nice setup, I'm just wondering why you have two Pio receivers in the same room (especially since either one has enough power and connectivity for one room)? Not a criticism at all, just curious. Nice setup all the same!
