The only thing I can complain about here regarding the mods is the overzealous merging of threads. I see the need sometimes but I'm not sure the forums get enough posts for this really to be necessary.

It helps the front page. That way a user doesn't click on 10 threads with different titles and read the same stuff from different people.

Now that is one of my favorites. When I brought Blu to my dad, he said "are we going to have to see that crap through the whole movie. I said Dad this is the future and you own a widescreen TV." Needless to say, he hasn't bought a player yet

So discussing religion is bad yet I don't know how many times I've seen people on here make comments equating HD-DVD with homosexuality. "How gay" and that's supposed to be an insult...is that allowed on here?

The DUD fan bouys say that New Line will be dropping BD support as Warner is in the process of changing their minds about BD exclusivity and going DUD exclusive due to a DUD site's poll demanding so. They also informed me that Fox and Disney will go Blu exclusive in a couple weeks. Disney is apparently planning to release all classic titles/animation on DUD exclusively and Fox/Gearge Lucas have now worked out a deal to release all Star Wars films on DUD exclusively due to the fact that George and Steven got into a fight over which format is better. George was pro DUD and Steven Pro Blu. Stay tuned. This could have a few ramifications regarding the war. I'll keep everyone posted as to the facts as they are relayed to me.

Penton-man looks mad here, Penton is always so cheerful, I think he would be offended, this should be removed ASAP!

Is this advocating that it OK to get drunk, and it's probably OK to drink and drive too, is that what this insinuates?
